  • Design and implement individualized developmental tracking systems, behavioral interventions, and skill-acquisition programs based on evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct private assessments, review client progress data, and pivot intervention strategies to maximize developmental milestones and independence.
  • Deliver professional coaching, workshops, and psychoeducation to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent strategy implementation across home and community settings.
